Bharata Natyam is a very complex art form. It requires a lot of concentration and seriousness even to learn the fundamentals. Hence, the recommended age would be 7 and a half, to 8 (at the lowest).

The students have to learn a complete 'Margam' to understand the art. This takes about 5 years if the student is regular, consistent and hard working. After learning a 'Margam', the student will be ready to perform on stage.

Our Academy focuses on teaching in the traditional style following the 'Margam' pattern. After completing their graduation in Academics, interested students can directly take up Masters in Bharata Natyam(MPA/MFA) from various Universities. 

For the purpose of Certification from our Institution, a letter is provided whenever required.
